RFQ for Fire burn Trainer Renovations at Goodfellow AFB - Amendment

No changes were made to the actual content of the SOW. The 17th Contracting Squadron is Requesting Quotations on a 100% small business set aside firm fixed-price contract for a requirement to procure specialized renovation, component replacement, and system upgrade services for the existing Dumpster and Large frame aircraft fire training systems located at the Louis F. Garland Fire Academy at Goodfellow AFB, TX. The work to be performed under this contract and in accordance with this Statement of Work shall consist of furnishing all necessary parts, labor, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, equipment, and materials. Please ensure to review Solicitation (SF1449) clauses 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 carefully to satisfy all the requested deliverables and how the quotes will be evaluated. Below is the anticipated CLIN structure for the requirement. CLINS: CLIN 0001 – Large Frame Aircraft Trainer Upgrade - Material CLIN 0002 – Large Frame Aircraft Trainer Upgrade - Installation CLIN 0003 – Dumpster Fire Trainer - Material CLIN 0004 – Dumpster Fire Trainer - Installation CLIN 0005 – Car Fire Trainer Upgrade - Material CLIN 0006 – Car Fire Trainer Upgrade - Installation CLIN 0007 – Pressure Vessel Fire Trainer - Material CLIN 0008 – Pressure Vessel Fire Trainer - Installation All questions regarding this requirement shall be sent via email to both POCs below by 1200 (CDT) on 18 August 2026.
