R-11 Engine Replacement

Amendment 01 - Questions and answers uploaded 8 Sept. The 149FW has identified a critical requirement to replace the engine of the R-11 fuel servicing truck, (10L45) which has been in a non-operational condition for approximately 16 months due to a damaged engine.
