The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) awarded Contract No. 75D30126P21489 to the Texas Department of State Health Services for the Pregnancy Mortality Surveillance System – Texas. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The contract has already been awarded, and the Government is not soliciting or accepting proposals in response to this notice. This notice is being published solely to provide public notice of the award and the associated Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC).
