UPDATE: 06 AUG 2026 The purpose of this Amendment - 0002 is to formally extend the response deadline, incorporate site visit documentation, and address industry questions as follows: 1. Extend the Request for Proposal response deadline from Monday, 10 August 2026, at 10:00 AM CDT, to Thursday, 13 August 2026 at 10:00 AM CDT. 2. Update the Performance Work Statement to incorporated revised language. All revisions are clearly highlighted in red font. 3. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA301626R0032 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a non-personal services requirement. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform the demolition of one (1) building (B2652, Harlequin Theater) located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston. This acquisition is set aside 100% for HUBZone small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. Instructions: Offerors are required to review the solicitation and all associated attachments in their entirety.
