Description
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 36C2572Q0873 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for MEDRAD MRXperion Injection System and MEDRAD Stellant FLEX Injection System. This solicitation is issued as Small Business Set-Aside, with the associated NAICS code of 334510, which has a small business size standard of 1,250 personnel. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This requirement is for providing the item to the El Paso Texas Veterans Health Care System (EPTVHCS). Offerors are to provide pricing in their own format (Microsoft or PDF document). Failure to provide all of the submission requirements may determine the offeror’s proposal to be non-compliant to the solicitation. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with RFO 4.203, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award. In addition, RFO 4.203 states that prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database.
