This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 36C2572Q0873 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for MEDRAD MRXperion Injection System and MEDRAD Stellant FLEX Injection System. This solicitation is issued as Small Business Set-Aside, with the associated NAICS code of 334510, which has a small business size standard of 1,250 personnel.
