Description

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. It is anticipated that a competetive Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order will be procured utilizing FAR Part 13. The applicable NAICS and size standard are 339999 and 550 employees, respectively. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based on the responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, BUMED/FM&C Directorate intends to acquire on a competitive basis, a contractor to provide a Relocatable Expeditionary Training Lockers and Equipment Solution to support the Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field (HM-ATF) Program at the Navy Medicine Training Command (NMTSC). This is a combined SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 5.2, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for purchase orders at FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. The proposed firm, fixed-price action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit as a SAP action under FAR Part 13. The date of delivery will commence on or around 01 September 2026. This announcement consists the only solicitation, a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice of intent is for a request for competitive quotes. This is the only RFQ for this requirement, it includes all the terms and conditions as well as applicable FAR, DFARS and NMCAR clauses and provisions with respect to the anticipated purchase order (see attachments). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
