Description

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk Contracting Department, BUMED/FM&C Directorate intends to procure via sole-source acquisition BeaverFit’s Relocatable Expeditionary Training Lockers and Equipment Solution to support the Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field (HM-ATF) Program at the Navy Medicine Training Command (NMTSC), 3300 Williams Rd., Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234. BeaverFit is the only modular system that provides a comprehensive outdoor fitness solution, to include mobile/maneuverable turf and overhead SunPro structures, that fully meets mission requirements and ensure safety compliance with required instructor/student ratios. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR Part 12 procedures and ultimately award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchaser order.The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard for this procurement is 423910 and a size standard of 100 employees, respectively. I This notice of intent is not a request for quotes – however, the Government will consider information received by the specified response date. Information received as a result of this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
