Project Subject H-1 Heater Modernization Document Type Request for Whitepapers (RWP) Target Audience AEDC Velocity Alliance Consortium Performers and Industry Partners via SAM.gov Acquisition Authority 10 U.S.C. § 4022 Other Transaction Authority (OTA) Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC), is issuing this Request for Whitepapers (RWP) to identify a qualified Performer to execute the H-1 Heater Modernization project at Arnold Air Force Base (AAFB), Tennessee.
