Description
Amendment #1 - 8-25-2026 - The sole purpose of this amendment is to publish the consolidated list of questions and answers received during this time. See uploaded list of consolidated questions and answers. This purchase is to support the military vision readiness mission at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital. This project will procure a new multi-mode laser platform and an associated Laser Indirect Ophthalmoscope (LIO) for the Ophthalmology Clinic. The acquisition is for a turnkey solution to supply, deliver, and install one new laser platform capable of performing Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty (SLT), Nd:YAG photodisruption, and retinal photocoagulation, along with an integrated LIO for peripheral retinal treatments. The new system is essential for performing comprehensive clinical and diagnostic ophthalmology procedures to maintain the highest level of patient care and mission readiness.
