NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT

The Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Criminal Investigation (CI), Strategy, Workforce Development (WFD) Program Office intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) sole source contract to the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), LLC for proprietary Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) training, certification, enterprise licenses, memberships, webinar subscriptions, and related professional development resources in support of IRS Criminal Investigation personnel. The anticipated contract includes a 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods.
