THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. The Air Force Test Center's Installation Contracting Division (AFTC/PZI) at Arnold Air Force Base (AFB) is seeking sources that are interested in and capable of meeting the Government's requirement to design and fabricate a new, fully functional Mass Flow metering Assembly (MFA) for the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work. The full Statement of Work (SOW) for this effort is a Distribution D, Export-Controlled document. It contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act. The SOW will not be publicly posted. Interested vendors must specifically request the SOW. To receive the SOW, vendors must be certified in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) and currently have at least a NIST score of 110.
