TDA Auxiliary Water Supply (AWS) Backup Debris Management

***Amendment 05*** 20 August 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to modify and update Section 01 10 10.00 25: Paragraph 1.5.3 CHOICE OF IWW PERIOD and to extend the bid due by date. ***Amendment 04*** 8 August 2026 The Purpose of this amendment is to extend the bid due by date, update the following sections, and update attachments. The bid due by date will be extended to 8/24/2026 10:00 AM PDT The following section changes will be made:- Section 01 10 10.00 25: Paragraph 1.5.2 CHOICE OF IWW PERIOD added. - Section 01 35 27.00 25 DIVING technical section added. This section also brings in two attachments. Attachment A11 - The Dalles BRZ Policy and Attachment A12 - NWPR 385-1-93 Conduct of a Dive / ROV Operation.- Section 35 01 41.00 99 DEBRIS BRUSH OPERATING MACHINERY. - Section 40 60 00.00 99 DEBRIS BRUSH OPERATING MACHINERY The following attachment changes will be made:- Attachment Informational_Drawings has been removed and replaced with Informational Drawings_07-30-26- Attachment CUI_DallesAWS_SheetSet_ADVERTISE has been removed and replaced with CUI_DallesAWS_SheetSet_ADVERTISE_07-30-26- Attachment No_CUI_DallesAWS_SheetSet_ADVERTISE_08-3-26 has been added To gain access to the CUI attachment, follow the procedures outlined in Amendment 02. If your organization has already gained access to solicitation attachments via the procedures outlined in Amendment 02, then your organization will automatically be granted access to these attachments.***Amendment 03*** July 31, 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes: - Extend the bid due by date to August 17, 2026 by 1000 am PDT, - Amend the language in Section 00 73 00 - Supplementary Conditions, and - Extend the Period of Performance to February 28, 2029. ***Amendment 02*** 16 July 2026 Informational Amendment. Attachment CUI_DallesAWS_SheetSet_ADVERTISE was part of the initial solicitation posting and still remains; however, it is not visible to all users. Due to CMMC access requirements, in order to gain access to this attachment, please verify your organization has a minimum CMMC Level 2 Self verification and submit your CMMC Unique Identifier Number and CAGE Code via email to david.m.cook@usace.army.mil and Justin.f.figueredo@usace.army.mil. ***Amendment 01*** 9 July 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the Bid Due by Date and to add a planned Site Visit. The Bid Due by Date has been amended from 1000 am PDT on 27 July 2026 to 1000 am PDT on 3 August 2026.A Site Visit has been scheduled for 1000 am PDT on 21 July 2026 at The Dalles Dam. Interested vendors must provide all required documents to Ms. Marie A. Adams via email at marie.a.adams@usace.army.mil prior to 1100 am PDT on 15 July 2026. Contact Ms. Adams for a list of all required entry documents. DIV 00 21 00 - Instructions has been updated to reflect the added Site Visit.***End of Amendment***This project is a Firm-Fixed Price Design-Bid-Build construction requirement which will provide a predesigned mechanical method for dislodging debris from the trash racks at the East Fish Ladder (EFL) Auxiliary Water Supply (AWS) Backup system intake. This will remove the need for operations staff to shut down the AWSB system to let river currents clear accumulated debris from the screens.
