Updated, as of 7/24/2026: This update is being released to remind potential offerors that the final solicitation to be released will include a full Technical Data Library of information related to the requirements of this solicitation, which will be available to offerors to request. Upon request, a limited amount of documentation from the Technical Data Library will be made available to interested offerors prior to release of the final solicitation, following review of the request and approval by the Government.
