Sources Sought Notice Live Training, Ranges, and Combat Training Centers (LTRaC) MAC 3

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground, Orlando Division is conducting market research to assess industry interest and capability related to a potential open season/rolling admission for the Live Training, Ranges, and Combat Training Centers (LTRaC) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) 3. LTRaC MAC 3 is a full-and-open, multiple-award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract vehicle under NAICS 333310. MAC 3 supports complex life-cycle support activities for live-training systems, including technology refreshment, modernization, developmental efforts, systems integration, fielding, sustainment, and related efforts requiring integration of multiple subsystems or support across multiple sites. MAC 3 supports complex requirements for U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps live-fire ranges, Combat Training Centers, HITS, STE-LTS, JPMRC-IS, and DRTS ranges, including Tier 2 Integrated Player Units and radio-frequency range-equipment technology refreshment. This Sources Sought notice is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, request for proposal, request for quotation, invitation for bid, or commitment by the Government to conduct an open season or make additional awards.
