Israel Job Order Contract (JOC) Scope of Work: The USACE Middle East District is assessing industry capability to perform construction-related services for Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM), simplified acquisition of base repair requirements, real property maintenance, and small-scale renovation efforts at various sites throughout Israel. This announcement is for market research and planning purposes only. See attached Sources Sought and related Questionnaire for details. Update Number 0001 is issued to add new JCCS requirement. USACE has implemented a new mandatory requirement for all contractors to register in the Joint Contingency Contracting System (JCCS). Please ensure your organization completes this registration process as soon as possible to remain compliant with current USACE contracting requirements and maintain eligibility for future awards.
