The magnitude of construction is between $5M and $10M. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. This is a firm-fixed-price (FFP) design-bid-build (DBB) construction contract utilizing the best value tradeoff request for proposal (RFP) IAW RFO 15.103-1.Offerors must comply with the requirements of RFO 52.204-7 and 52.232-33, and any other contractor registration and online representations and certification requirements in this solicitation through the system for award management (SAM), available at https://sam.gov/.
