Solicitation amendment for Ebola Supplies

The purpose of this amendment to cancel the subject solicitation in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.206. Cancellation is necessary because all proposals received exceeded the Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE), and budgetary constraints preclude award at the proposed price levels.
