Description
No telephone requests will be accepted. Direct your requests and communication to: ATTN: DLA-AHC1, Scott Alexander, Contract Specialist, via email at scott.alexander@dla.mil. For solicitation requests, please provide all of the following: (1) “SPRRA2-26-R-SP11” in the email subject line; (2) Your Information (to include, but not limited to: Name, Title, Telephone Number, and Email Address); and, (3) Your Company’s Name, Address, and CAGE Code. The Government proposes to acquire the hardware, software, services inherent to production (e.g. inspection, logistics support, program management, configuration management, product assurance, verification of system performance, hazardous material management, obsolescence management, safety), spares, and documentation associated with the Upgrades for the Qatar FMS (Foreign Military Sale) PATRIOT (Phased Array Tracking Radar for Intercept on Target) Program. This will be placed on existing RTX Long Term Contract, SPRBL1-25-D-0006, for the Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) FIRES Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office (PO) in support of the Qatar PATRIOT Weapons System. See the following attachments for details for a list of parts to provide the associated labor and ship to location: Attachment 0001 – PCSB Statement of Work (SOW) – available upon request Attachment 0002 – PCSB Hardware List (13JUL2026) This item is restricted to: Raytheon (CAGE Code: 05716), utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(1), having only one responsible source. The data needed to acquire these parts competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Contractors are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by emailing inquiries to the POCs listed with this announcement. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
