Sewage Ejector and Line Assessment

This scope of work requires the contractor to locate, inspect, and modify an unmapped 700 to 800 foot concrete-encased four inch cast iron sewer line and its associated distribution box, with mandatory Government presence during all site inspections. Key tasks include installing concrete-encased Schedule 40 PVC double-Y clean-outs every 300 feet, exposing and inspecting the distribution box and its 2009 leach field connections, and extending the box cover using a riser and structural cover rated for three ton vehicle traffic protected by four concrete-encased steel safety-yellow bollards. All physical, material, and dimensional adjustments must be documented as Red Line As-Builts on the reference drawing, and any recommended corrective actions for the lateral lines must be delivered via a detailed findings report with comprehensive labor and material cost estimates.
