Scientific Consulting Services for the Brown Tree Snake

The United States Department of Agriculture - Wildlife Services is looking for scientific consultation directly related to the Brown Tree Snake and barrier testing. Reference the attached Performance Work Statement for specific details. Only direct experience with Brown Tree Snake biology, ecology, and locomotion will be acceptable due to the documented unique climbing ability of the BTS compared to other arboreal snakes. There is no solicitation at this time. This is a request for capability information for market research purposes only. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of the acquisition. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. All interested parties are invited to submit capability statements for acquisition planning purposes. Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this requirement 3. Recent and relevant past performance information Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set aside for small business.
