The Santee-Lynches Regional Council of Governments, through the Santee-Lynches Area Agency on Aging, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms, organizations, or independent contractors to provide Veteran-Directed Care (VDC) assessment, options counseling, intake, enrollment-support, and related participant-centered services to support Santee-Lynches in delivering timely, Veteran-centered, and compliant assessment services for eligible Veterans referred through the VDC program.
