UNIT 4 CELL 5 LINER CONSTRUCTION TWIN CHIMNEYS LANDFILL

The County of Greenville is seeking proposals for UNIT 4 CELL 5 LINER CONSTRUCTION AT TWIN CHIMNEYS LANDFILL. A 8.6 acre base liner construction (1x10-5 cm/sec clay, GCL, 60-mil HDPE, geocomposite, protective cover, leachate collection pipes). Contractor will be responsible for construction quality control (CQC) and surveying. Greenville County will provide Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) in a separate RFP. The County desires the project to be achieve Substantial Completion within 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed and Final Completion within 210 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The Project is subject to liquidated damages of $1,000/day for Substantial Completion and $500/day for Final Completion.
