RFP: Asphalt Services for Cherry Park Trail

The City of Rock Hill, South Carolina ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide the City with asphalt paving services for identified areas of the Cherry Park Trail. This project is funded in part by South Carolina Parks Recreation and Tourism (SCPRT) through the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). Therefore, the Code of Federal Regulations 2 CFR 200 is applicable. Note: Davis-Bacon is not applicable to this project.
