Fleet Space Needs Assessment Study

The City requests proposals (RFP) from qualified, licensed architectural/engineering firms experienced in the programming, design, and development of government facilities. The selected firm will prepare a space and facilities needs assessment for the City’s Fleet Maintenance Division. Responding firms must have at least five (5) consecutive years of experience, within the past five (5) years under a legally registered business name, providing services similar in scope. Firms must not have filed for bankruptcy under any business name in the past five (5) years. All required professional licenses must be current at the time of submittal.
