Fire Damper Inspection Services

The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, documentation, and materials necessary to perform fire damper inspections throughout the Basic Science Building. The building consists of seven (7) occupied floors, one (1) mechanical floor, and one (1) elevator equipment room level above. Estimated Damper Quantity: 300 Please provide a per-damper cost for any additional damper found and inspected.
