Electronic Monitoring

Richland County (County) is seeking electronic proposals from qualified contractors specializing in technology and services designed to track and monitor detainees to ensure compliance. The anticipated number of detainees to be monitored is over450 at any given time with the average time a detainee is on monitoring of 300 days; however, the County is under no obligation to maintain a minimum or maximum number of participants. The successful contractor shall provide all equipment (hardware and software) necessary for these services. All services shall be performed in accordance with this RFP, Richland County Code of Ordnances Section 2-251, and South Carolina Code of Laws Article 15 Section 24-13-1510 through 24-13-1590.
