Greenville County seeks a qualified consulting firm to update its 2008 FEMA Disaster Debris Management Plan. The updated plan will reflect current federal/state requirements, best practices, and lessons learned from Hurricane Helene. The scope includes evaluation of 8 TDSRS sites, zone maps, debris processing, traffic flow, final disposition, contracting, monitoring, documentation, FEMA reimbursement, and site operations.
