Comprehensive Facilities Condition Assessment and 10-Year Capital Improvement & Renewal Plan

Richland Library is soliciting proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive facilities condition assessment of all Library locations and to develop an actionable, financially informed 10-Year Capital Improvement & Renewal Plan. The engagement is intended to establish a systemwide understanding of current facility conditions, identify deferred and anticipated capital needs, estimate the timing and cost of renewal or replacement, and provide Richland Library.
