ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES/KITCHEN RENOVATION FOR THE GREENVILLE COUNTY DETENTION CENTER

Greenville County, South Carolina (the “County”) is soliciting statements of qualifications from licensed, qualified firms (each a “Proposer”) to provide Professional Architectural and Engineering Design Services for a proposed renovation of the kitchen at the Greenville County Detention Center (“GCDC” or the “Facility”), where inmate meals are prepared. The County intends to contract with a single qualified firm to provide the design of the renovation, assistance in the preparation of construction bid documents, and construction oversight.
