The Appalachian Council of Governments is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to prepare the 2050 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) Update for the Appalachian region of South Carolina. The 2050 LRTP Update will serve as the region’s comprehensive multimodal transportation planning document and guide transportation investment decisions through the horizon year of 2050.
