The deadline for submitting questions regarding this solicitation is extended from Monday, August 31, 2026, at noon until Friday, September 4, 2026, at noon. This amendment does not alter the closing date of the solicitation. The closing date and time for submitting quotes is September 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time as stated in the original solicitation.
