MPA 77 Fresh Bread, Rolls, Bagels and Related Bakery Products

The State of Rhode Island, Division of Purchases, is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to establish a Qualified Vendor List Master Price Agreement (QLVM) for the furnishing and delivery of fresh bread, rolls, bagels, and related bakery products to State agencies and other authorized users. Vendors meeting all technical qualification requirements will be eligible to participate in a subsequent Reverse Auction to establish final pricing. The State reserves the right to award based on submitted pricing without conducting a Reverse Auction if determined to be in the State's best interest.
