MPA 419 FY26 OE Security Systems, Service, Maintenance and Parts

The Rhode Island Department of Administration/Division of Purchases on behalf of all State agencies (“User Agencies”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to participate in an Open Enrollment Master Price Agreement (MPA 419) to provide the maintenance and repair services for existing security systems, as well as the addition, upgrade, and/or replacement of security system components. This is a Request for Qualifications, not a Request for Quotes. The initial Open Enrollment bid submissions from vendors are due by February 28, 2026, for New Contract Award beginning May 1, 2026. After the initial Contract award, vendor may submit to this solicitation and will be reviewed on a biannual basis.
