Open Enrollment: MPA 403 provides a list of qualified towing companies within the State of Rhode Island with pricing per towing category. The towing requirements for the state of Rhode Island are divided into four (4) separate categories depending on vehicle weight and number of axles. Existing Vendors on MPA-403 do not need to re-apply.
