The Rhode Island Department of Health (“RIDOH”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide semi-annual inspection, testing, and certification of Biological Safety Cabinets, Laminar Flow Clean Benches, Chemical Fume Hoods and Fume Hood monitor services for the Rhode Island State Health Laboratories (“RISHL”), in accordance with the terms of this Request for Quotes (“RFQ”) and the State’s General Conditions of Purchase.
