Sources Sought/ Request for Information Off-Range Corral (ORC) Services Receiving, Preparation & Maintenance Covered States: CO, ID, NV, UT, WY, AZ, CA, KS, MT, NE, NM, SD, TX The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is issuing this Sources Sought/RFI to identify dairy cattle and livestock operations capable of providing Off-Range Corral (ORC) services for the receiving, preparation, and care of wild horses and burros. This notice is for market research only and not a solicitation. Interested operations should review the attached RFI and provide capability information including facility details, animal care capacity, staffing, logistics, compliance, and estimated pricing.
