CALLS FOR CONCEPT PAPERS ARE ANTICIPATED ANNUALLY VIA AN UPDATED APPENDIX C. THIS IS BAA ISSUED CALL 3.0. The purpose of this BAA is to solicit a variety of solutions that will support the strategic objectives of the Office of Infrastructure Research and Development and the tactical needs of the infrastructure program areas: See Appendix C.
