Request for Interest for Purchase of Wind Turbine Components

This Request for Interest (RFI) is for identifying potential buyers in wind turbine generator (WTG) components. Navy Region Southwest (NRSW) seeks potential buyers for WTG components that were purchased for a project that will no longer proceed with installing the WTGs. NRSW has purchased the WTGs (all components) but has not installed them, as they are currently in storage.
