Repair Asphalt POL Yard

UPDATE 13 AUG 2026: Posted site visit minutes and attendance sheet. Solicitation is not amended and response date has not changed. The work shall be in strict compliance with this SOW, the project specifications, and the project drawings. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary for the repair of the asphalt in the POL Yard. Work includes milling the existing asphalt surface, proper disposal of removed materials, applying emulsion bond coats, and paving the area with the appropriate grade, slope, and compaction. Additional work includes thermoplastic striping for parking lot spaces and thermoplastic painting of the interior yard curb in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall perform to the standards outlined in the contract. REMINDER: Acknowledge all amendments in your Bid Package. SITE VISIT: A site visit for this project is scheduled for the date and time stated in the solicitation. Access to Battle Creek ANGB is through the Main Entrance at 1701 Hill Brady Rd, Battle Creek, MI 49037. Attendees will be escorted from the Main Entrance to the site visit location.
