THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTE. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial construction services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140P6426Q0106 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for Repaint & Repair Stucco at Scotts Bluff National Monument (SCBL). This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Award of this contract will be made according to FAR Part 13 Simplified Procedures for Noncommercial Acquisitions. Quotations shall be evaluated in an impartial manner and consideration given to those with the highest perceived value to the government. Contract Type: The contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a firm-fixed price commercial contract/award.
