This procurement is for the Upper, Receiver M4/M4A1. The proposed solicitation is intended to result in the award of a Single, Firm-Fixed Price, One-Time buy with 100% Option. Noun: Upper, Receiver M4/M4A1, NSN 1005-01-382-6795. The TDP is EXPORT CONTROLLED, Distribution F and therefore the attached NDA will need to be completed.
