In accordance with FAR 1.107-3(b)(1), the USDA Forest Service hereby provides notice that it has determined that substanial bundling of contract requirements is necessary and justified for the proposed requirement. This notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This announcement does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in the form of quotes, offers, or proposals are not requested. The Government has no obligations to solicit or award a contract because of this announcement.
