Purchase of leased straddle carrier

This justification is for a sole source purchase of one leased straddle carriers under contract SP451024P0028. The contact contains FAR 52.207-5 OPTION TO PURCHASE EQUIPMENT (FEB 1995). The purchase of the leased straddle carrier at DLA Disposition Services Ft. Riley is required to maintain site operations.
