The Government intends to issue a Request for Quotation for the purchase of professional musical instruments, digital audio equipment, and related accessories for the 248th Army Band of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG). Brand Name Requirement & Justification: This acquisition contains both "Brand Name Only" and "Brand Name or Equal" items. The specified brand-name items (e.g., Yamaha, Selmer Paris, Eastman, Kawai, Shure) are essential to the Government's requirement to ensure acoustic blending, intonation stability, and digital interoperability.
