This is a pre-solicitation notice. Please note that all attached documents, including the Statement of Work, are preliminary versions and are subject to change. All detailed requirements, technical specifications, and submission instructions, once finalized, will be provided in the formal solicitation. Interested vendors are encouraged to review these draft documents for a comprehensive understanding of the anticipated project scope. This project is a Design-Build requirement to construct a sustainable water supply and storage system at Bazum Village in Armenia. The scope includes the design and construction of a water collection system, water distribution infrastructure, along with a dedicated water storage system for the Bazum community.
