Puerto Rico Department of Housing is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking to select firms to provide Inspection Services to PRDOH and its Subrecipients, at the discretion and in the best interest of the Programs implementation, under the CDBG-DR and CDBG-MIT grants, and any other federal funds.
