POL, PPS, AASF Concord-Fuel System Repairs

****This is a pre solicitation notice only and includes a draft Scope of Work.This project includes replacing the grounding and high-level shut-off valves for both F-24 tanks (Tank 1 and Tank 2), extending the tank catwalk platform, and installing a check valve on the relief discharge into Tank 2. Additionally, the scope involves installing a truck offload meter, a visual fuel flow indicator, an eyewash station, and a filter separator maintenance platform for the truck offload/fillstand, while providing integrated truck overfill prevention and ground verification systems. To complete the facility upgrades, the project also incorporates all necessary work to install protective pipe bollards for the offload/fillstand, replace the equipment shelter ground system, provide a ground verification system for offload operations, and execute the complete supply, installation, and testing of the Automatic Tank Gauging (ATG) system on fuel storage tanks 1 and 2.
