Workers' Compensation Claims Administration

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking information from companies that provide Workers' Compensation Administrative Services as Third-Party Administrators (TPAs). We want to learn about the services, technology, and best practices available in today's market to help us plan for future needs. This Request for Information (RFI) is for information only. It is not a request for proposals, and it does not mean the Commonwealth will issue a future solicitation or award a contract. Companies that are interested are encouraged to review the RFI and submit a response by the deadline listed in the RFI.
