Description
The Department of General Services (DGS) COSTARS invites interested suppliers to participate in an open forum discussion relative to COSTARS Voting Systems Topics for discussion will include, but not be limited to, the attached questions. The event will be held at the Department of General Services, 555 Walnut Street, Forum Place, 6th Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17101 on December 20, 2017 and 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm The supplier forum is reserved for Bidders interested in becoming potential prime contractors for the COSTARS Voting Systems Please contact Emanuel L Williams at 717-703-2946 or at emwilliams@pa.gov with any question you may have. A courtesy RSVP is requested by Noon on December 15, 2017 **NOTE** Public parking in the Forum Place Parking Garage is no longer available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. There is public parking in the Fifth Street Parking Garage which is located across the street from the Forum Place or on the street at the meters.
