Description
Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 04 Specimen Collection Software System See Statement of Work, Sections B & D, and the Addendum to 52.212-1 for complete detail. Please be advised that failure to submit all documentation required by the solicitation will result in your offer being immediately eliminated from further consideration for award.
